Pizza Hut Global is looking for a seasoned data driven change maker to lead our Analytics and Data Science organization. Drive Global Analytics Strategy

Work closely with senior executives and functional heads leads on strategic objectives, identifying areas where that analytics can address opportunities and measure progress Distil complex business problems into effective communications for senior-level executives and develop/communicating the team’s insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners and executives Provide executive-level communications on critical key risks, opportunities, and remediation steps, escalating issues and recommending solutions as required Advocate successes to all parts of the organization, including executive sponsors, in formal and informal settings, and maintain accountability for regular reporting

Deliver BI / Analytics / AI Solutions

Create, document, and cascade an overall strategic direction for Analytics that ladders to organizational and functional goals Lead Global Analytics team, serving as a coach and advocate, and driving Inclusive, Heart-Led, High Performance Guide functional leads and data analysts to create functional analytics roadmaps, ensuring data is available and accessible, and be a credible consultant on the use of that data Create the resources and processes to ensure global data assets and BI reports are created and leveraged efficiently and that incremental development work is rationalized and prioritized Lead the organization’s effort to develop and embed deeper reporting and insight generation capabilities across functions Scale and extend working models from KFC Global to brand Business Units worldwide Accountable for overall P+L for the broader data & analytics team, including budgeting, chargeback and commercial models, and global/local RACIs to embed the global data & analytics team as a credible service function In partnership with internal and external vendors, lead the development of advanced analytics and data science solutions for advanced decision making, embedding, and executing those solutions to ensure they are ROI positive

Preferred Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years in or experience using analytics to support functional leaders across a business and drive strategy Experience leading teams of analytics engineers, data analysts, and data scientists on projects Experience using analytics across many facets of a business including operations, marketing, finance, or advertising Exceptional abilities to identify the root of business problems and manage the execution of analytics to drive action against those problems are table stakes for this role Proven track record of driving deep organizational understanding and change using the results of analysis as well as variety of technical skillsets Superb communication skills both written and verbal High sense of ownership and results driven Solid understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data mining (theory, algorithms, and application) High motivation, intellectual curiosity and a desire to have a large impact on our organization Expert knowledge of a scientific computing language

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business, Business/Marketing Analytics, Applied Economics, Information Systems, Finance, or Statistics/Mathematics – Advanced Degree in above fields preferred
