Director, Data Solutions Architecture Location US-NJ-Whippany ID 2024-2539 Category Information Technology Position Type Full Time Remote Yes Additional Location : Location US-PA-Pittsburgh Overview The Director, Data Solutions Architecture will be a business and technology leader with a proven trackrecord of success in championing data solutions that meet the needs of clients, our sales teams,business stakeholders, and the technology team at CRx. ConnectiveRx’s products and services comprise a diverse set of offerings spanning the Healthcare andPharmaceutical tech spaces. We work with manufacturers, health care professionals, insuranceproviders, and patients to break down barriers to treatment, leveraging a combination of personalinteraction and software-enabled solutions. In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience to guide clients and sales towards solutions thatleverage the best of our existing capabilities while also identifying opportunities to engage with productmanagement to drive new innovative solutions. Equally, this role will be a business leader withintechnology that helps to drive new business in a way that supports and feeds into our technologystrategy and roadmap. Responsibilities Engage with clients and sales early in the process to understand businessneeds, integration specifications and data requirements that shape strategicsolutions on large, key initiatives for the companyUnderstand our data models, solutions, and products as well as our productand technology roadmap to suggest solutions that maximize efficiency, cost,and quality for our clients and for the companyProvide data models, data integration diagrams and implementationguidance for data storage that support product solutions and guideengineering teams.Identify data trends and opportunities within our pipeline and work withsales, product, technology, and business to feed these insights back intoour strategy and business development approachEnsure data is accurate, accessible, and secure in accordance withbusiness needs and industry best practices.Define and build monitoring solutions to provide relevant data qualitymetrics. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information systems or related field10+ years relevant IT experience5+ years as a data architect or other relevant roleDeep experience with data modeling, data lineage, and data integration architecture Sufficient depth with cloud database technology. Familiarity with relevant business domains such as specialty pharmaceuticals, healthcaretechnology standards, hub services, patient affordability, or PBMsActive listening and communication skills; excellent written/visual communication including abilityto convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Abstract technical problem solvingAbility to form deep relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makersExperience partnering with technology, project management, product, security, and other similar teamsAbility to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makers Options ApplyApplyShareSubmit a ReferralRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
