The Deployment Leader will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Transformation Program and will be accountable for the delivery of Transcend Transformation Programs, a series of highly sophisticated multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives. The candidate will be accountable for overall project governance, project planning, project management, risk management, resource management, project communications, solution readiness, business readiness, and transition to steady-state.
Furthermore, the candidate will act as the primary leadership conduit partnering closely alongside the Business Lead, Technology Lead, and Value Stream Leads to ensure all program objectives are met as well as partner across interdependent programs to ensure dependencies are managed and risks mitigated.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Responsible for leading, shaping, and influencing all Project Management Office related activities and team members. Ensure Final Project Objectives (FPOs) are met by release while delivering on quality, scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Lead overall PMO cadence, mechanics, and day-to-day execution of the program across all workstreams.
+ Partner closely with the Portfolio and Program Management peers to ensure appropriate communication of key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.
+ Active member of the Program Leadership Team and share the responsibility of making the overall effort a success. You will bring in your thought leadership, well-rounded thinking, action orientation, creative problem solving, and listening skills. You are a role model for the other members on the project team.
+ Forge robust working relationships with all key business partners and interdependent programs.
+ Be a role model of the deployment methodology and agile way of working.
+ Ensure the project follows deployment standard methodologies and stage-gate governance processes to ensure a quality solution is delivered on-time, on budget, and on-quality. Ensure the Agile methodology is applied both in the development work but more broadly across the project as well so that the drumbeat / rhythm is followed in all areas and by all teams on the project.
+ Develop and deliver program presentations for senior-level MD partners.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is desirable
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ Requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
+ Requires a minimum of 5 years of Program Management leadership experience on large complex business transformation programs
+ Requires strong knowledge of MedTech, Medical Devices, Supply Chain or Commercial Operations
+ Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery required
+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven track record to influence/collaborate to get to desired result
+ Requires people management and development experience
+ Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of customers
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
+ Strength in interdependent partnering and team management is required.
+ The ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management is required.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms is required.
+ Ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement and value creation across the business is required
**Preferred:**
+ Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpful

+ English Fluency Required

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
146,000.00 - 292,000.00 USD Annual
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
