Build and manage a sustainable high performing Engineering organization providing broad knowledge and experience to the sites in the region.

Proactively build relationships and networks across the business to support Engineering Services within the region, tailored to site and Solenis requirements.

Provide strategic and tactical leadership to align and support to the requirements of the business.

Align with the business prioritizing and identifying areas of positive impact, bringing financial benefit (SG&A benefits, Improved EBITDA).

Support the Project Management Organization with management of contractors and outsourcing needs based on the ability, depth, and need of the projects.
