Job Summary

The Director, Digital Learning Experience & Process Innovation focuses on advancing our frontline employees’ digital experience by leveraging technology to enhance sales, field, and customer care contact center operations. This individual will lead the identification, planning, implementation, and management of learning technologies to optimize training efficiency and effectiveness.  This role will partner with the Sr. Director, Employee Digital Experience to design, implement and continuously improve our HR technology strategy with a focus on our Learning Platforms that enables a simplified experience across the entire talent lifecycle.

Responsibilities You will define governance for systems and processes including content and knowledge management.  You will also drive continuous improvement and accelerate transformation through automation, innovation, and optimization to enable sustainable progress as we scale for the short-term and long-term performance of the organization. You will develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with overall employee experience objectives. You will stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions.  You will identify, introduce, and partner with the Sr. Director, Employee Digital Experience to implement generative AI solutions to increase learning effectiveness and improve the employee experience. You will oversee system upgrades, guide learning administrators, maintain platform customizations, and maintain learning experience platforms. You will utilize analytics tools to inform digital employee experience strategy, track training metrics, assess learner performance, and measure the impact of training programs on the employee experience. In partnership with the Sr. Director, Employee Digital Experience, you will evaluate, select, and manage external vendors for learning technologies and tools.  You will establish governance for learning management system (LMS) content creation, reporting, and content maintenance/deprecation. Define an approach to leverage our current learning experience platform (LXP) to create role-specific and skill-specific personalized learning experiences.  Partner with the Talent Management team on LMS and LXP functionality to deploy learning journeys. Promote LXP content in partnership with Talent Management. Qualifications 10-12 years of experience working in learning management systems, learning experience platforms, and other learning technology tools; preference to candidates with team leadership experience Knowledge of adult learning principles, learning best practices, learning technology and innovation Strong business process design, definition, and optimization skills Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and consulting skills Ability to lead and motivate a team, coaching and feedback skills

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $117,810.00 - $168,300.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
