Job Description

Overview:
This position requires a highly motivated person to assist in the day to day execution of a(n) account(s).  The Director, Digital Investment will be responsible for activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation. This individual will learn and embody Zenith’s vision of Live ROI as a mantra and manage several direct reports. 

Role Objectives:

Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital and print for clients in the Technology and Financial sectorsPlays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reportingTraining/Support for Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and researchAssist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. magazine, digital mobile, social, videoCraft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate valueManage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliationsManage Social/LinkedIn campaigns reaching financial advisors in institutional investors – analyze, optimize content performance and present recommendations to client Assist supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add NegotiationsDraw actionable insights based off syndicated data, Nielsen, Comscore, Strategy, TNS, adrelevance and QuantcastBuild relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media planCreate dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clientsMaintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: Medialets, Vindico, DFAPrepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelinesConquer Magazine Positioning Reports Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation 

 

QualificationsB.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field 8+ years of digital media buying/planning experienceExperience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-personMust have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skillsMust have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skillsMust be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trendsExperience with Prisma and DCM preferred Experience with Research tools such as Nielsen, Comscore preferred

Compensation Range:  $115,500 - $150,000 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
