Achievers is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Digital Marketing to join our team and take the lead in driving revenue through high-impact demand generation, web marketing, account-based marketing, and cross-functional delivery initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the digital marketing strategy, optimizing the customer journey, and delivering measurable results that accelerate business growth.   As a marketing leader at Achievers, you'll bring your deep expertise in digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and innovative approaches to lead a talented team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about driving results through cutting-edge marketing techniques.   In this leadership role, a Director of Digital Marketing will be expected to wear many hats: strategist, data analyst, team leader, and cross-functional collaborator. The goal is to drive impactful and sustainable growth through digital channels while also providing the vision, expertise, and leadership to push the company’s marketing efforts forward. What you'll do:
Leadership & Team Management: Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on demand generation, ABM, content creation, web optimization, and delivery. Cultivate a culture of innovation, skill development, and problem-solving to tackle complex marketing challenges. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve measurable OKRs aligned with global business goals. 
Strategic Initiatives: Drive revenue growth through targeted digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact  Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall GTM strategy and brand positioning. 
Operational Excellence: Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Maintain operational efficiency across marketing processes, from lead generation to campaign delivery. 
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales, Sales Development, and Strategic Alliances to build and accelerate the revenue pipeline. Collaborate closely with the CMO and other marketing leaders to drive high-priority initiatives with a high level of autonomy and strategic insight. What we're looking for:8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams. Proven success in leading demand generation, web marketing, and account-based marketing strategies. Strong experience in building and scaling digital marketing teams, with a track record of developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and leading leaders Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth, optimizing marketing funnels, and aligning marketing efforts with sales and revenue targets. B2B marketing experience is required, particularly in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions Knowledge and experience with a range of marketing technologies, eg.
