The Digital Director is responsible for guiding the strategic vision and operational execution of our digital product line, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving innovation that has a significant impact on our industry. This role offers substantial learning and project engagement opportunities within a forward-thinking group dedicated to developing digital products that meet future demands.
This position is part of the Product Management function and will be located in Canada, Concord. We are committed to shaping a collaborative and dynamic environment that fuels growth, innovation, and meaningful contributions to the future of technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead the development and execution of next-generation digital products, fostering innovation and long-term growth.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Managers, R&D, and Open Innovation, to drive product success across diverse teams.
+ Make impactful decisions on new product concepts and go-to-market strategies, enhancing our organization’s competitive edge.
+ Guide product management processes that support continuous innovation, adapting strategies to meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
+ Conduct deep-dive analyses and apply insights from customer feedback to shape product direction and relevance.
+ Champion vendor relationships and strategic partnerships to drive cost-effective, high-quality product outcomes.
+ Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Science, or Business, with proven expertise in product management or innovation roles.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, R&D, or related functions in a technology-driven industry, ideally within scientific or industrial sectors.
+ Extensive experience in digital product management, with a track record of overseeing complex product lines from concept to market.
+ Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, working with departments such as vendor strategy, R&D, and open innovation to meet strategic objectives.
+ Familiarity with strategic planning tools and methodologies to guide product direction in alignment with organizational goals.
+ Proven capability to manage and guide vendor relationships and partnerships within a digital product framework.
+ Experience with product lifecycle management and the ability to adapt product strategies to evolving market conditions.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% travel
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Leading digital transformation initiatives or launching products in a global market.
+ Managing end-to-end product innovation projects, from concept through execution, within a cross-functional setting.
+ Utilizing advanced analytics or customer insights tools to inform strategic product decisions.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 158,000-220,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
