Job Description

ServiceNow is the AI Platform for Business Transformation. And the Innovation Center is one of the best places for us to show our customers, partners, and prospects why we are able to make this claim. We’re looking for a passionate, driven leader to help us share this with everyone that comes through our doors.

In this role you would help shape the strategy for these experiences globally. Ensuring consistent messaging across the centers so everyone who visits us understands the value proposition of what makes ServiceNow truly unique. You would also be the brand ambassador internally for the program.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Innovation team on new experiences for the centerEnforce the content strategy to ensure consistency across centersCreate campaigns to evangelize the program using success metricsCollaborate with partners and stakeholders across a matrixed org as well as outside clients

Qualifications15+ years of relevant marketing experience ideally in enterprise softwareExceptional written and public communication skillsAbility to prioritize and work with ambiguity in a high growth environmentDemonstrated experience presenting to senior executivesSome travel of about 20% is expected

 Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
