**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B eCommerce strategy to accelerate growth and customer engagement across global markets.
+ Align eCommerce goals with broader commercial strategies to ensure seamless integration with Sanofi’s business priorities.
+ Use advanced analytics to monitor eCommerce performance, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
+ Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, such as research firms, to further bolster and inform our eCommerce team strategy,
+ Support NA Vaccines Head of Business and Technology Modernization in supporting the vision for next generation eCommerce, driving the Modernization team strategy forward.
+ Maintain state of the industry knowledge for digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, etc., and bring new ideas for consideration.
+ Enhance customer journeys by implementing user-centric designs, personalization, and cutting-edge digital tools.
+ Drive data-led experiments and enhancements to increase customer retention and revenue growth.
+ Contribute as a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining user stories, user testing, and prioritizing the team backlog.
+ Define research needs, including KPIs and analytics to identify and drive customer behaviors, including an understanding of best eCommerce practices, within and outside the industry.
+ Contribute to defining and creating briefs for research needs to inject innovation and strong competitive intelligence to inform team strategy.
Strategic Leadership:
+ Drive development and execution of the US Vaccine Business Unit strategy and tactics to maximize our main eCommerce channel, as well as support key digital needs to increase revenue and improve customer experience.
+ Ensure the eCommerce platform continues to be industry leading for customer satisfaction through collaboration on design strategies, customer journeys and architectural advances.
+ Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve the platform’s functionality and user experience.
+ Build strong relationships with key customers and internal cross-functional partners to understand needs and adapt the eCommerce approach accordingly.
+ Inform strategic roadmap for eCommerce, including but not limited to product lifecycle management, marketing campaigns, user testing, and new feature launches and enhancements to optimize site performance and customer experience.
Technology and Platform Management:
+ Oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of new eCommerce features, solutions, and services, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
+ Collaborate with Digital team to integrate advanced technologies, such as AI, predictive analytics, and automation, into the B2B eCommerce ecosystem.
+ Contribute to day to day site operations, optimizing for efficiencies across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Drive the Strategic Planning process for eCommerce, integrating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and transparency.
+ Support and represent the team needs to drive appropriate prioritization and resource allocation.
+ Lead project management initiatives across multiple, simultaneous initiatives, working in close collaboration with our Digital ITS partners, brand teams, marketing, sales, and many others, building strong partnerships across BUs to ensure input and support.
+ Maintain a thorough understanding of brand strategies and tactical requirements.
+ Support business in standardization of Digital practices and implementation.
**About you**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in eCommerce roles.
+ Proven success in leading large-scale B2B eCommerce initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
+ Prior management consulting experience highly preferred.
+ In-depth knowledge of eCommerce technologies, digital marketing, and customer experience best practices.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a strong advantage.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is:
$148,125.00 - $213,958.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
