Our client, a prominent charter school system, seeks a dynamic, experienced Director of Employee Relations to join the team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience handling complex workplace investigations, as well as the ability to oversee performance management and administer leaves of absences. Bachelors' degree, required.Juris Doctor, preferred.Knowledge of employment law to administer decisions regarding leaves, accomodations, workers compensation, and Title X violations.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in employee or labor relations.

The salary range for this role is $110k-$120k

Compensation commensurate with experience.
