Director, Enterprise Brand

Join TIAA’s Brand Team in this new and critical position responsible for developing and driving our global master brand. You will work closely with the VP of Enterprise Brand and cross-functional internal teams to continue building the master brand.In this role, you’ll drive and oversee how our brand shows up internally & externally, and work with partners to solve brand opportunities that help deliver business impact. This is an ideal role for someone who is a passionate brand advocate and enjoys using their brand expertise to educate partners to bring them on our brand journey. Being successful in this role means thriving in a fast-paced environment where you’ll own multiple priorities and having the skills to deliver projects through execution.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Brand strategy: Partner with brand marketing, creative, CX, and business leaders to continually assess and optimize the master brand as the organization evolves. You will help drive a consistent brand across customer and employee touchpoints using your expertise in creating unified brand identity through brand architecture, naming, verbal and visual ID.
Brand application: Collaborate with internal partners to help solve business needs through the master brand strategy. You will serve as the SME to help drive and deliver the on our brand strategy. This will include teams deliver naming solutions, deliver brand architecture recommendations for new offerings, provide expertise in applying the visual & verbal identity, and more.
Brand governance: Use your brand expertise to provide guidance & approvals by partnering with internal teams, creative agencies, and 3rd party partners to oversee the master brand. Create new opportunities to build a modern brand governance model that focuses on simplicity and employee brand advocacy.

2025-02-28Base Pay Range: $125,800/yr. - $179,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
