As Director, Enterprise Strategy & PMO, reporting to NA Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will play a critical role in helping enterprise and commercial teams develop strong strategic and commercial plan. In addition, you will partner with multi-functional teams to lead enterprise and commercial projects.

This strategic role partners with cross-functional teams at Mondelēz International and external vendors and agencies to accelerate business growth.  This person will help define the company’s future direction by assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, long-term growth strategy, and strategic plan. This person will provide thought leadership, research and analytical support on cross-functional teams that identify, evaluate and analyze critical strategic priorities. 

How you will contribute

You will:

Partner with the North America Head of Strategy on:

Support in leading Enterprise strategic content development specifically spearheading the refresh and follow up of our long-term vision

Leading the SP process across the business, ensuring content and plans are ambitious, clear and succinct

Coordinate US Leadership Team meeting agenda and materials; define integrated calendar of commercial meetings & monthly deep dives to ensure acceleration / progress against growth ambitions; Ensure follow ups to advance critical strategic priorities and leadership team ownership / actions

Lead development of Board and Mondelēz Leadership Team content to build buy-in to clearly articulate BU strategies and transformation initiatives

Liaise with category and sales teams on future looking strategic/commercial topics (scheduled in monthly deep dives), provide content leadership, help synthesize findings and ensure progress

Define and lead larger enterprise projects, orchestrating a multi-functional team as the PMO and thought partner to topic sponsors

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred

6 or more years of work experience with 2 or more years of experience at a Top Tier Strategy consulting firm (i.e. McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with a primary focus on consumer goods and/or retail a plus

2 or more years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)

Passion and interest in the Food & Beverage / Snacking world

Strong financial acumen (experienced in modeling and detailed financial analysis)

Strong Excel skills and technical skills

The role will be a hybrid working approach from East Hanover, NJ

The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
