What We’re Looking For:

As an innovative and experienced Director, Food & Beverage Operations, you will drive the creation of signature dining experiences that embody the Loews Hotels Brand Promise. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior Vice President, Food & Beverage and Design, as well as various operations executives, to develop and implement high-performing food and beverage operations that exceed guest expectations and drive market-leading performance and revenue. Your expertise will be crucial in the development and implementation of new restaurant and menu concepts, promotional activities, beverage programs, and company-wide training programs.

What You’ll Do:

Effectively collaborate and partner with corporate, hotel and third-party resources to deliver the highest quality and highest performing operations possible while maintaining alignment with ever changing demands of our guests and the industryDirect and coordinate the management-related activities of all Loews Food and Beverage outletsOrganize the development of new restaurant concepts, promotional activities, beverage programs including Banquets and Meeting and Events, and other Food and Beverage operations which exceed guest expectations and hotel standardsDevelop Food and Beverage concepts with the goal of increasing brand recognition and revenuesMonitor and share industry trends and best practicesContinually analyze, develop and implement partnerships that will financially benefit Loews Hotels and enhance the brandParticipate in Loews Food & Beverage company-wide Public Relations and Marketing programsDevelop company-wide training programs then monitor action plans in coordination with Loews Learning and Development stakeholdersEvaluate In-Room-Dining and Mini-Bar analytics to develop strategies that realize increased profitability and business improvementProvide leadership and develop Meetings and Events improvement strategies in partnership with company stakeholdersParticipation in budgeted Food and Beverage sales initiativesConduct meetings as required to communicate effectively with all department managers to ensure that they are kept up to date on pertinent hotel information and activitiesCommunicate frequently as needed with all Food and Beverage operators providing current information on the development of relevant food and beverage conceptsWork with Executive Chefs and outlet managers to improve existing menus and develop new menus as neededParticipation and input towards Food & Beverage Marketing activitiesTravel to hotels/locations to manage projects, meet with vendors, meeting property management teams, etc.Required to attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetingsRegular attendance in conformance with standardsMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel

Your Experience Includes:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management fields.Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Hospitality Industry.Previous Architectural, Design & Construction experience in the Hospitality industry preferred.Must possess interior design construction knowledge, knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment production and procurement, and a general understanding of building systems. Keen eye for detail and general aesthetics.Strong Communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with a collaborative mind-set.Ability to negotiate and problem solve.Financial acumen and understanding and knowledge of basic accounting principles.Working knowledge in Autocad Lite 2024, Adobe Photoshop.Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Project and PowerPoint).Knowledge of sustainability practices.Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
