What You Will Do:

Lead delivery of large, complex Technology and Managed Services programs with health clients, leveraging assets of GuidehouseWork closely with Federal Health and Civilian Agencies to support clients and to deliver IT services and large scale operation programs.Lead capture of large and complex Technology and Managed Services opportunities, leveraging assets of GuidehouseFoster new and current relationship to drive new project revenue in the Technology Consulting SpaceSpearhead teaming with software/hardware providers in selling, developing and delivering technology projects for our clientsEnd to end management of IT client engagements - ensuring detailed project plans, scope and budget definition, resource allocation, product delivery, maintenance to deliver excellence and profitability.Work with project leaders and clients to ensure and facilitate organized project timelines are met, including generating estimates for project complexity and durationServe as the executive and point person in client communications so you can influence and manage key client relationships and align developer/client interactionsProvide leadership and mentoring to team members on project development and client management skillsBuild, manage and mature trusted client relationship and expectations before and throughout project lifecycle that deliver excellence in client satisfaction and referenceable client work.

What You Will Need:

15+ years of Technology Consulting experience, building technology and operations solutions to include large-scale IT modernization initiatives in a variety of different environments5+ years of experience leading business development pursuitsExperience supporting the Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Services (VICCS) programStrong understanding of Federal Client organizations (particularly VA and Health).Demonstrated ability to drive new business in technology consulting and operations through relationships/teaming and subject matter expertise.Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldBackground in managing large enterprise level technology and operations programs.Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Certified Scrum Master, PMP, PMI, CSM or other relevant certificationsPrevious experience interfacing with clients in consulting environment as a leaderWell-versed in applying technology to drive improvements in large operation programs  Excellent ability to multi-task (you’ll be managing 2-4 projects simultaneously)Outstanding organization, analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience managing or mentoring other project managers

The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
