What You Will Do: Act as a business partner with the CMO and Business Units on the strategy behind commercial tactics (e.g. samples, GWPs, sets) focusing on value creation, providing insights and driving innovation and optimization. Ability to identify best practices and influence and implement these process improvements. Job Responsibilities: + Planning and budgeting LUXE A&P investments related to consumer journey, to include but not limited to Shopper Experience lines in P&L + Work with CMO team and Business Units on the strategy around samples. GWPs and sets + Analysis of financial performance of various A&P investments across the Luxe division (including reports, risks & opportunities and KPIs) + Define ways of working & tools that leverage business and industry best practices + Provide analytical insight to drive recommendations and assist with creation of presentations to upper Management for Brand and Division + Manage Budget/trend tracking, loading & consolidation, perform validation of trend/actualization to ensure aligned with business and brand strategies, and input them into L’Oreal's internal systems (COMPASS). + Provide regular analysis on BU/Brand P&L (YTD vs Budget, YTD/YTG, etc.) to drive recommendations for Brand/Division + Facilitate collaboration with but not limited to Marketing, Sales, and Demand Planning, Supply Chain teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and adherence to internal controls + Spearhead ROI improvements and cost optimization initiatives + Calculate and interpret financial results, in addition to monthly close accountabilities + Drive transversal data quality & controls, monitor compliance against the Group guidelines + Offer ongoing financial education and promote knowledge dissemination throughout the organization + Oversee the administrative procedures related to marketing expenses, including purchase order creation and proper categorization + Provide impromptu analysis on management’s topics of focus Education/Experience: + 10-12 years of experience in finance or accounting required + Bachelor’s degree in Finance + Advanced level of experience influencing senior leaders. Required Skills: + Controlling background/ experience + Business planning, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and team management + Analytical capacity and ability to perform analyses regarding monthly, quarterly and annual reporting + Project management experience + Strategic with multiple cross functional business partners + Good communication skills (verbal / written) & interpersonal skills to develop network with Countries (internal clients) + Ability to build financial models + Ability to collaborate, strong emphasis on teamwork, internal customer focused attitude As an integral part of our culture at L’Oréal, wellness is at our core.
