We are looking for a proactive leader with excellent financial acumen and attention to detail who can thrive and support our mission in a fast-paced environment. A strategic partner and trusted advisor passionate about creating customer value and providing senior business leaders with high quality and accurate information to assist them in understanding their financial performance, enable proactive financial management and enable critical business decisions to be made. As a leader in this hands-on position, this role will be innovating creative solutions to tackle complex business challenges.  You will work to increase the speed, accuracy, efficiency, and automation of our finance operations, increase business acumen, financial accountability and establish, standardize, and document financial processes across the Operations Finance team. As a member of the Operations Finance Leadership Team, you will improve the quality and timeliness of insights provided to Operations leadership and drive initiatives to ensure successful execution of our priority goals. We are seeking a storyteller, who can clearly articulate complex concepts and translate numeric financial results into meaningful business-level, programmatic and operational performance insights and recommendations. The individual should possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills that can thrive in an dynamic growth environment.


Responsibilities:

Lead an impactful team of individual contributors; establish clear team and individual objectives, support performance and career development, and team engagementEstablishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, resolving problems, and implementing changeOversee financial performance of Operations functions by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variancesServe as Finance Business Partner and trusted advisor to VP of Safety, Mission Assurance, Quality and Sr. Director of Business OperationsLead Operations Capital Review process and Monthly Operations Financial ReviewFacilitate development and executive review of Operations Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly ForecastsStandardize Operations Finance Processes and Reporting

Qualifications:

Excellent written communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated understanding of financial documents and performance metricsExperience in helping senior business leaders meet financial targets and deliver resultsHighly skilled collaborator and influencer capable of interacting with multiple functional leaders and team members.Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel12+ years of financial and business analytics experienceDemonstrated experience leading, developing, and growing teamsUndergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other highly analytical field.Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusionMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $174,246.00-$243,944.40

Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification, Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.

Paid Time Off:  Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
