Director, Finance Systems Production Support
Position Overview

As Skechers continues the path to $10B by 2026, the systems, processes, and people that drive our global Finance and Supply Chain are critical.  The Director of Production Support will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing Finance and Supply Chain processes and systems within the organization. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled leader to ensure the stability, reliability, and optimal performance of our finance and supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, supply chain, technology, and leadership, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business needs by supporting and optimizing Oracle Cloud applications. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the relationship with Oracle and other vendors, implementation partner firms, managed services offshore teams, as well as collaborating with internal Finance, Supply Chain, and IT groups. As we continue to modernize our technology landscape, this position will be instrumental as we continue our Finance and Supply Chain transformation journey.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and supply chain systems production support team, ensuring high availability and performance of all applications and modulesManage incident response and problem resolution processes, minimizing downtime and impact on business operationsLead the problem identification and error resolution process, including tracking, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reporting defectsEstablish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders and external vendorsDevelop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiencyLead change management initiatives related to finance and supply chain systems, ensuring smooth implementations of additional functionalityImplement and maintain leading practices for service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality, and ensure data integrity in compliance with financial regulationsEnsure MSPs are delivering to the terms on their contract, are providing value-added services beyond contractual terms, are providing weekly/monthly status reports and KPIs, and delivering quarterly QBRs to senior managementProvide hands-on, ongoing end-user support to ensure that systems are operating efficientlyPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on system performance, project status, and key metricsMonitor and analyze service delivery metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Lead periodic system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues and drive continuous improvement initiativesCreate, maintain and document standard operating procedures that will scale with the applicationsStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance systems capabilitiesOther duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Demonstrated track record leading a successful service delivery functionIn-depth knowledge and deep experience supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP (Financials and Supply Chain modules) and Oracle EPMStrong understanding of OIC to assist with integrations troubleshooting effortsExceptional leadership and people management skillsExcellent relationship building skills; able to build trust with stakeholdersAbility to conceptualize, formulate, and succinctly convey complex solutions to a wide audienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills; experience in communicating with executive level management in a clear, concise, easy to understand mannerAbility to influence outcomes and provide day-to-day tactical supportExtensive experience using ServiceNow for service delivery management, including INC, REQ, RITM, SCTASK, CHG, etc. configuration, reporting and dashboardingExperience in vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship buildingTakes personal responsibility to improve processes and systemsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent documentation skills using Microsoft Office, Confluence, LucidChart, Smartsheets, etc.Demonstrated innovation and creativity; considers different approaches to issue resolutionWorks well in a highly dynamic paced environment and handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energyMust have high degree of accuracy, results-oriented, highly accountableAdaptable, flexible in a changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in finance and supply chain systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleExtensive knowledge of how to support ERP, EPM and Supply Chain systems, preferably Oracle Fusion CloudExperience with service ticketing systems such as ServiceNowStrong understanding of O2C, R2R, P2P, P2M, EPM processes in a global company with wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels sales channelsStrong understanding of Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Allocations, EDI, Master Data ManagementExperience supporting other finance applications, like BlackLine, Lucernex, Alteryx, are a plusProven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Target Salary for this role is $160,000 - $220,000
