Against that backdrop, we are seeking a Director of Financial Operations of Home Health Solutions who will provide program implementation and oversight for branch populations and provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions so that senior leadership can evaluate alternatives against the organization's business objectives. The Director of Financial Operations requires a strong understanding the Home Health industry and of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment for overall financial improvement.

The Director of Financial Operations Home Health Solutions has accountability for financial oversight of the Home Health market, supporting the business in a period of rapid transformation. As a key member of the Home Health Market finance team. The Director of Financial Operations will be responsible improving the financial performance with a large branch population that has the potential to move the financial performance at the consolidated segment level.

Additional responsibilities:

Program management and oversight for any branches that have a high variance to the budgetPartner with finance and local market and regional leadership for both sales and operationsProvide regular updates data packages around key revenue and cost driversPartner with operational leadership to develop strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreeAbility to understand and articulate financial drivers (referral volume, conversion rate, cost drivers, what drives financial results)Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present to senior leadershipDemonstrated leadership/management experienceFamiliarity with Home Health IndustryMS Office proficiency to include Excel, Power Point, Word

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$168,000 - $231,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
