As our Director of FP&A you'll take charge of all financial aspects related to our sales function, serving as a key partner to the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. Your expertise will help provide the financial insights and analysis needed to drive revenue growth and profitability across the organization.
In this role, you'll lead critical processes like sales forecasting, budgeting, and unit-level pricing strategies, ensuring everything aligns with our company objectives and financial goals. You'll play a key role in evaluating sales performance, spotting trends and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize operations and improve margins.
This position is perfect for someone with a strong mix of financial expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support effective decision-making, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays.
What that looks like day to day:
Experience Requirements:
At least 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on sales finance, revenue forecasting, and financial analysisBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced finance certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) preferredProven experience leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of developing high-performing finance professionalsStrong background in sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis, with the ability to drive strategic financial decisionsExperience designing and managing sales incentive programs, as well as building and analyzing financial models for sales-related initiativesStrong knowledge of sales management systems, ERP software, and data analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, Power BI) for financial reporting and forecasting
