Job Description:
Senior level position responsible for managing cash bond versus UST futures basis trading for Institutional Clients. The overall objective of this role is to help build the business and grow an impactful Client book that delivers budgeted revenue and to coordinate with key stakeholders to develop a steady franchise.

10+ years of experience in a related roleMust possess or be able to obtain FINRA licenses: 7, 63, 3Strong knowledge of Interest Rate complexExperience with cash bond trading as well as Global FuturesIn-depth knowledge of respective products and clientsRequired licensing and registrations as applicableAdvance analytical and numerical competencyConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEffective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to analyze and pitch situations and determine suitable counterpartiesKnowledge of Bloomberg, booking systems, trading protocol, closing technicalitiesEducation:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred
