Position Summary

Provides leadership and direction to the maintenance organization which includes mechanical, electrical, instrument and controls, engineering, and work planning groups. Also responsible for directing and controlling the conduct of maintenance planning, process support, work planning schedules, technical training, and control of department budgets across multiple gas plant locations. Responsible for standing up maintenance strategies across four LPG/LNG plants in the NSP territory.

Essential Responsibilities

Organize, direct, coordinate, and control the conduct of all maintenance, engineering and work planning activities across all four gas plant locations.Provide the senior management team input on the resources and skills needed to accomplish maintenance activities.Demonstrate leadership in safety though observations, enforcing safe work practices, encouraging safe work behaviors and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe behaviors.Supports the ongoing operations of the gas plant fleet and is jointly accountable for safe and reliable operation of all four gas plants.Responsible for executing all maintenance related O&M and Capital budgets.Ensure overall material condition and housekeeping of plant areas.Provide direction for the development of gas plant maintenance training, staffing and operational excellence plan.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.10 years of experience in plant operations (or equivalent) to include five years of leadership experience.Demonstrated leadership capability and proven performance/results.Selection criteria may include testing and /or assessment.

Preferred Requirements

Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering Degree.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $144,800.00 to $205,600.00 per year
