Job DescriptionThe Director, Global Controllership serves as an integral position on the Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) Global Controllership team, reporting to the VP, Global Controller. This role will be responsible for the oversight of the global transactional digital and physical home entertainment business. The ideal candidate will have a controllership background with strong technical skills and familiarity with owning and managing large and complex financial statements. Responsibilities for this role include the monthly and quarterly financial close process, evaluation and adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and integration of the international transactional digital business into UPHE. Additional responsibilities include coaching and developing 2 direct reports and collaborating with UPHE FP&A, UPHE Commercial Analytics, UPHE Digital Ops, Studio Group Controllership, and Global Financial Operations (GFO) team.
