To turnaround the business and the desirability of Calvin Klein, #1 Coty Prestige Fragrance Brand, we seek a Global Brand Digital Director to develop the global digital strategy, overseeing the development of digital marketing, social media and e-retail content strategy for the brand.

 

The Global Brand Digital Director will work with the Global Brand, the 360 Teams and the affiliates to deliver robust, innovative, on-brand and high-quality launch and activations programs.

 

The Global Brand Digital Director will report primarily into the Global Trade & Digital Vice President with a strong collaboration with the Global Brand IM Director.  Key stakeholders include the license, the markets, the corporate Global Digital team including the E-commerce team. 

 

The Global Brand Director is a well-rounded digital and marketing professional with experience in the fragrance or fashion industry, a background in selective distribution preferably and license experience to lead and re-build the brand presence equity globally.

 

THE ROLE

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

Oversee & execute the global digital strategy and local market deployment toolkits and guidelines Partner with Global Marketing, Influencer & Media teams to define & deploy disruptive digital strategies that are consistent with each launch and brand positioning. Partner with Local Marketing teams to identify need-gaps for localized/local digital content.  Manage the relationship with digital expert teams at license to ensure that fragrance brand’s digital communication needs and creatives are met. Coordinate brand presence and expansion across social and digital platforms with the license along with the Coty media & influencer marketing teams. Partner with E-commerce teams at corporate & in key markets to ensure delivery of best-in-class e-commerce content. Oversee creative agency & partners in the conception & deployment of all digital initiatives Manage the overall digital budget for best ROI and in partnership with global marketing teams. Lead the project management of all digital initiatives from brief through to production and market delivery Track & achieve KPIs for all digital initiatives to enable a ‘test & learn’ approach. Explore & propose new opportunities to reach new consumers in line with overall brand and product strategy: Spearhead digital innovation and partner with external agencies, internal expert teams & licenses. Be the digital expert to educate & influence global & local teams as well as licensors to gain in competitiveness. Manage and develop team member (1) to foster a culture of innovation and partnership while ensuring best in class digital plans & execution
 

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

10+ years’ experience in brand digital management in a luxury environment Strong expertise in digital marketing, specifically paid digital and social media, owned/organic social media and e-commerce/e-retail. Strong project management and soft relationship skills Business acumen with an ability to influence and communicate clearly and effectively at all levels

 

Desirable:

Experience in Beauty and Prestige environment Experience in E-commerce and Advocacy Must be autonomous with a strategic thinking and a creative mind set

Base Salary Range: $150,000-180,000 + bonus
