Your New Role…
Evolving within a dynamic and growing Advertising Sales & Brand Partnerships team you will play both an active and supportive team role working with global brands and agencies on cultivating multi market campaigns across the worldwide WBD portfolio.
You will work in coordination with the US International sales leader and International Ad sales team to support the development of strategic brand partnerships and solutions with global clients and agencies to contribute towards annual advertising sales revenue across the portfolio including spot sales, sponsorship, branded content, on-ground, co-marketing and multi-media brand communication.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Identify and lead advertising and sponsorship initiatives across the region, partnering with top global brands and their agencies to maximize their business and brand-building potential on WBD’s platforms, targeting an elite audience of decision-makers
Oversee prospect, pitch, negotiation, and delivery phases of client initiatives to meet revenue goals, ensure competitive market positioning and client satisfaction
Advocate for key WBD initiatives and opportunities, taking into consideration market dynamics and how these fit into the broader WBD portfolio
Engage with creative, commercial, editorial, marketing, digital, research, and sales operations teams to align strategies and deliver client success
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, sales representatives, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth and success
Facilitate clear, collaborative communication with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure a seamless execution of strategies
You will play a supportive role in the delivery of international team revenue objectives, working across multi-platform TV, web, app and social media opportunities, through advertising, content creation & on-ground activation
You will actively prospect new business through to deal implementation and securing repeat client investment
Provide administrative support to the sales team and wider network, including financial reporting, campaign status, regular update reports and related materials
Responsibility for any other ad-hoc duties required by the Sales leadership, across the sales team and global WBD network
Qualifications & Experiences…
At least 7 years’ sales experience required; linear, digital video and/or custom content sales experience highly preferred
Proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, structuring, and closing complex brand partnerships
An entrepreneurial mindset – creative thinker, results-oriented, passionate, ability to thrive in an unstructured, new business environment
Flexible and collaborative in your work approach, with a strong work ethic and ability to take the initiative
Experience in actively pitching and closing new business
You will be a likeable, confident character and have strong communication skills, including written, conversational and in the presentation of facts and ideas
Trustworthy and able to develop and maintain good working relationships
Committed, reliable and respectful, you will show consideration for your colleagues and partners
You will be enthusiastic and proactive in your approach, with excellent organizational and numeracy skills and have a strong attention for accuracy and detail
Ability to work across multiple projects and timelines/deadlines
You will have a creative outlook, eager to contribute ideas and new thinking within the team and across work projects
Ability to source relevant information and materials to service client requests
You will always be looking to learn and deepen your understanding of the media and sport/entertainment industry
You will have experience of working across international cultures and be passionate about media and sport/entertainment
You have interest and knowledge about American Business marketplace and global media landscape

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $128,437.00 - $238,527.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
