Director, Growth and Business Development (Aerospace)
As a Director Business Development here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will lead and manage a team of business development professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. In this role, you will impact encompassing strategic leadership, revenue growth, market expansion, lead generation, strategic partnerships, sales strategy, market research, team leadership, performance measurement, risk management, cost optimization, strategic planning, and fostering an innovation culture. Your role is instrumental in driving business growth, maintaining a strong market position, and achieving organizational success.
