Director, Growth Marketing
We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Director of Revenue Marketing to lead and grow our demand generation results. Although Billtrust is an established player in the fintech space, we are reimagining the marketing growth engine from the ground up. It’s a career-defining opportunity that means equal parts strategy and hands-on execution.
The director will proactively lead a team of talented demand generation and marketing operations professionals to capitalize on new demand generation opportunities. This position will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth, increase brand awareness, and accelerate revenue. Your integrated campaign thinking enables you to achieve results by combining data, intuition, and experience. You will collaborate closely with sales and the broader go-to-market team to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to grow pipeline and customer acquisition.
What You'll Do:
Define and refine the company's revenue marketing strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team with deep expertise in their areas Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, determining the optimal mix across digital, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and owned events Work with ADRs, Sales, and other departments to develop assets and ensure quality lead delivery, follow-up and conversion rate optimization Build a strong account-based strategy to drive revenue acceleration, retention, and acquisition Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance engagement and drive upsell/cross-sell efforts Use data analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools to track performance, uncover insights, and optimize ROI Create and optimize email campaigns and landing pages for all stages of the funnel Work with brand and communications teams to refine messaging and balance investments in brand awareness and demand capture Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and other teams to align on strategy and execution Report key performance metrics, growth opportunities, and progress toward revenue targets to senior leadershipWhat You'll Bring:
10+ years of SaaS marketing experience with 6+ years in demand generation with accountability for marketing quotas and managing budgets 5+ years in managing, developing, and inspiring high-performing demand teams Proven success building a demand generation function to scale a business to $500m+ Hands-on experience with performance marketing and demand generation channels and tactics, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, and marketing operations Advanced skills in marketing analytics and attribution modeling Proficient in modern revenue technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase Senior-level presence, communication skills, and ability to establish alignment among stakeholders Track record of building strong sales and marketing alignment Flexibility and ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThe base salary for this position is $150,000- $185,000.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
