Position Summary

This position will be located at our Pittsburgh, PA location, leading a team of HR professionals that largely support the Customers Channel Group business and Corporate Functions located at site. Partnership with site leadership, along with key business stakeholders, to develop HR strategy, solutions and strategic workforce plans that align to the businesses supported. This role will lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR professionals across various sites on all site HR services delivered. The locations together have approximately 1200 colleagues.

Through close partnership with the site, you will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and engaging top talent, ensuring the organization's readiness for both immediate and future success. Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional HR servicesDevelop HR strategy, solutions, and strategic workforce plans that align with the businessImplement HR processes such as talent reviews and performance management within a matrix organization.Drive robust talent management plans, partnering with site managers to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in critical rolesBuild and drive a culture of employee engagement to improve business performance and efficiencySuccessfully deploy new HR services and processes through effective communication, training, and change management programsProvide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actionsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to continuously improve the colleague experience and enhance the employee value proposition

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required

Experience

At least 10+ years of HR-related experience, with a focus on increasing scope (2+ years' experience leading an HR team preferred)Proficient in collaborating effectively and utilizing networksHigh degree of autonomy and strong decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to analyze and interpret relevant data to inform business decisionsExpert knowledge of HR structure and COE'sDemonstrated experience in HR strategy development and fostering continuous improvementExperience influencing and aligning business decisions with senior leaders
