Director, HR Business Partner

Job Duties:

Partner with assigned client group to drive meaningful and effective talent, performance and Programs

Lead, develop, support and inspire a team to deliver upon HR programs internationally, driving initiatives and policies, acting as mentor and coach to drive high-impact team results.

Provide strategic counsel and consultative solutions to business leaders on people management aspects of their business to include driving organizational development, leadership development, team efficiency, and change management

Be the consultant to help managers build their skills in the business of people management

Partner with COE colleagues to develop comprehensive talent processes and programs 

Use data and analytics to help inform and influence decisions. Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

 

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or other related field

Minimum 8-10 years experience as an HR Business Partner with experience partnering with leaders across global geographies.

Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams in a SaaS or technology environment and managing incentive-based compensation is preferred

Experience working in large global multinational corporations

Experience partnering with executive leaders on HR initiatives

Prior success influencing and inspiring change plans with leaders

Demonstrated success in tying people-based solutions in service of business strategy and crafting value through people that impacts results for the business

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $118,650.00 and $169,500.00for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $140,000.00 and $200,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
