Overview
The Director, HR Business Partnering leads the development and execution of HR business partner strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful, data-driven HR initiatives. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, business units, and HR COE teams to influence and implement effective people strategies that drive business results. The Director will act as the corporate HR Business partner and also oversee the field HRBP teams and ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment, supporting the broader HR function’s goals.
Primary Duties
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to corporate leadership and team members, providing guidance on performance, engagement, and development. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best HR practices. Provide strategic HR support and hands-on coaching to managers and employees across all levels. Drive consistent process and practice across the organization on policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Partner with HR and leaders to drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Address and resolve employee relations issues with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Partner with HR and leaders to enhance culture, engagement and recognition practices and programs. Utilize HR analytics to drive decision-making, measure impact, and drive enhancements to programs and practices.Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field 10 - 15 years of relevant experience 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience Progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in coaching, guiding and collaborating with employees and leadership at all levels. Expertise in conflict resolution. Proven knowledge of employment laws and HR Best Practices Strong generalist experience in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Development, Leave and Workers Comp.Physical Demands
