Are you in? **Primary Purpose** The Director, HR Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the HR function. This role is responsible for developing and implementing both short-term and long-term HR strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and overseeing key areas such as employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR, capable of driving change and influencing senior leadership. **Primary Duties** + Strategic Roadmap Development: + Develop and implement a comprehensive short-term and long-term strategic roadmap for the HR function. + Align HR strategies with overall business objectives to support organizational growth and development. + Conduct regular reviews and updates to the HR strategic plan to ensure relevance and effectiveness. + Continuous Improvement: + Establish and maintain a continuous improvement mechanism for HR processes and practices. o Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the HR function. o Lead initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience. + Engagement, Culture, and Research: + Oversee the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies and programs. + Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and mission. + Conduct research and analysis to inform HR practices and policies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. + HR Communications and Change Management: + Develop and execute HR communication strategies to effectively convey key messages to employees and stakeholders. + Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the organization. + Prepare materials for Executive Committee (EC) and Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters. **Job Scope** + Supervisor will oversee work of up to five employees + Point of Contact for issues/questions from third-party vendor handling phone inquiries + Responsible for client communication and engagement practices and single point of escalation for issues and resolution + Works under general supervision **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor degree in a business or HR discipline and minimum 12 years of related experience. + Demonstrated ability to direct others with focus on attracting, developing and retaining a strong team. + Proven leadership ability and demonstration of strong client relations in a high-performance culture with a strong sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills + Demonstrated business acumen, influencing and facilitation skills. + Leadership experience in a dynamic environment, which included performance management, budget management, customer relationships and vendor relationships. + Ability to lead during periods of ambiguity and change. + Able to direct multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity **Preferred Qualifications** + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products + Proficient in utilization of PeopleSoft HRMS system and related query extract tool + Service center experience + 2-3 years of supervisory experience **Benefits** + Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: USD $156,000.00/Yr. - USD $234,000.00/Yr. + 401(k) match and annual company contribution + Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance + Life and disability insurance + Generous paid time off options, including vacation, sick time, floating and fixed holidays, maternity leave and bonding/primary caregiver leave or parental leave (based on position) + Long Term Incentive Plan for eligible positions + Wellbeing programs such as tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance and fitness reimbursement + Referral bonus program + And much more Exelon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and employees or applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to: age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
