Overview
The Director of HR Technology and Analytics will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the organization’s HR technology platforms and data analytics capabilities. This role will drive the effective use of technology to optimize HR processes and leverage data insights to support decision-making and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Management: Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR platforms. Ensure systems are aligned with organizational needs, data security standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain system integrity and support continuous improvement initiatives. Data Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR analytics strategy to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with HR leaders to utilize data insights to inform talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. Technology Innovation and Optimization: Explore and implement innovative HR technologies that enhance the employee experience and improve operational efficiency. Drive process improvements and automation within HR operations to optimize performance and service delivery. Leverage automation tools, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to streamline HR processes and enhance productivity. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of HR innovation. System Development and Engineering: Oversee the development of HR systems, including managing a team of engineers. Ensure the adoption of best practices and methodologies in software development. Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new system features and enhancements. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT, and business partners, to support HR technology and analytics initiatives. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders. Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of HR technology platforms. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR technology and analytics professionals to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR technology, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience with HR technologies, preferably Oracle and ServiceNow. Familiarity with automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Proven expertise in data analytics, including experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
