RESPONSIBILITIES    

Monitor, identify, and correct the most-complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.Partner with HRLT members to understand Business and HR strategy, advise and build an HR Technology strategy to support long-term strategic objectives. Develop existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new applications to meet customer requirements.Specify, develop, and test HR data collection procedures and tools within an area of HR practice to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of system procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan and to the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.Identify shortcomings in existing business practices, then suggest and implement improvements while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organization's change management program. Involves working with guidance from senior colleagues.Support in detecting and analyzing security incidents, including attacks, breaches, and identified vulnerabilities, and remediate any security gaps in line with the security incident management procedure.

EDUCATION    

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

10 plus years of substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.5 or more years of experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives
