In this exciting role, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for acting as a thought partner for business leaders and management on day-to-day people matters, help evolve our talent management practices and shape both engagement and culture for Fox Tech. The Director of Human Resources will also partner with the internal COEs such as compensation, HR operations, benefits, recruiting, learning and development, and legal.
This role will report to the Vice President, Human Resources for FOX Technology.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, offering insights on workforce planning, talent management and organizational developmentChampion and drive a culture of high performance, innovation and accountability while maintaining operational excellenceManage all talent management cycles in partnership with the Comp team Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring demands including retaining top-tier talent and partnering with the compensation teams on hiring ranges Coordinate with HR and other departments to create and sustain positive employee experiences. Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience ensuring a positive and inclusive culture.Partner with HR leadership and the internal legal team to respond to all levels of employee relations matters and investigate complaintsSupport ongoing and proactively assess and recommend new HR initiatives based upon business needsWHAT YOU WILL NEED
7+ years Human Resources experienceExperience successfully creating, leading and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives Proven experience and ability to influence leaders with a strong focus on thought leadership and partnership with leaders to achieve business objectivesAbility to be a strategic self-starter while providing hands-on experience and executionStrong strategic thinking and data analytical skills to identify opportunities for business impactStrong decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at onceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThis is an individual contributor roleWHAT YOU WILL NEED
