Primary Responsibilities:
Drive and be accountable for technical delivery and work with your team on strategy and execution Be an active member of the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders within the organization Grow the technical expertise of the team Build trusting relationships with key business stakeholders to align/influence business and IT architecture Drive organizational culture change and mindset shifts by articulating a compelling vision and effectively galvanizing change agents Develop and deploy innovative AI solutions to various business problems. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 15+ years of industry experience in handling Infrastructure Operations for large scale GCC’s or Clients Experience with cloud-native environments and ecosystems (Azure Must, AWS/GCI preferred) Solid experience in a leadership role on Azure Cloud Implementation (Design, Build, Run & Mature) Fair experience in driving automation & optimization IT leadership experience Enterprise Architecture understanding (Network, Security, Migrations & Acquisitions etc.) Proven track record in successfully leading multiple cross-functional teams across geos and time zones. Expectation will be to operate in an overlapping duration with teams in US & other global locations Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit Proven ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Proven exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to a C-level audience Strong experience on Database Technologies (No SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL Cassandra etc.) Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges Ability to work in H4 Site at Hyderabad location (II550)
