JR69731 Director, India Country ControllerAs the Director, India Country Controller at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for management of government grant program, financial planning and control of Micron’s operations in India. You will work closely with the country Vice President and the extended team to provide leadership on the grant program and to provide effective decision-making support as well as financial oversight and control. You will collaborate with various global departments inside and outside the Finance function and analyze, guide, and help optimize the site's financial performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead cross functional team to ensure success of grant program in India. Work closely with government agencies to resolve any issues in the timely manner. Partner with the site senior leadership team (SLT) to identify, assess, and present critical initiatives. Drive business decision-making within the SLT, emphasizing and improving shareholder value generation, voicing opinions and taking informed risksDesign and drive cost reduction activities with the objective to achieve outstanding cost in all areas of manufacturingOptimize site capital plans for maximum return on investment (ROI). Apply ROI analysis practices & procedures to capital projects, and make recommendations to site leadershipExercise effective and independent financial oversight and control over site financial operations to safeguard and maximize shareholder valueOwn the site finance team in providing comprehensive financial analysis, product costing, planning and forecasting, and other requirementsCollaborate with other teams inside and outside the global Finance organization to develop highly effective working relationshipsDevelop and lead site finance team member performance, including planning, training, mentoring, rewarding, promoting teamwork, and developing leadership within the Site Finance teamMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldAdditional professional qualifications like CPA, CFA, and CMA preferredExperiences in working with government agencies on grant related mattersAt least 12 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling, or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, or other high-tech industries preferred) Minimum of 5 years of prior management experiencePreferred Skills:
