What we are looking for:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Director, Infrastructure Architect who can play an instrumental role in ensuring KDP’s Technical Infrastructure enables business goals and objectives. This includes promoting alignment around what capabilities to invest and setting the technical direction for KDP’s hosting/cloud environments, network, compute servers, storage, and databases. This individual focuses on the development of infrastructure capability reference architectures, technology roadmaps, infrastructure technology guidelines & patterns that can be highly leveraged across multiple solutions. The Director, Infrastructure Architect creates architectural designs that guide and contextualize technology solution development across the company. This individual will provide consultation on the infrastructure/technical architecture to agile delivery teams, ensuring the product is aligned to the overall technology architecture.

As the Director, Infrastructure Architect, you will…
Define strategies, principles, and standards to manage, maintain, and guide the infrastructure architecture efforts across the organization aligned to established capability roadmaps.Analyze company business context (trends and business strategy) and change requirements in other architecture viewpoints to make recommendations about the infrastructure/technical architecture future state.Facilitate technical and business discussions pertaining to the infrastructure architecture.Develops and provides guidance, direction, and governance regarding the infrastructure/technical architecture to agile delivery teams and other stakeholders.Analyze the current technology environment to detect critical infrastructure/technical architecture deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.Define architectural patterns and reusable artifacts in the development, configuration, and deployment of technology solutions, and harvest those artifacts for repeatable use.Lead and facilitate the evaluation and selection of infrastructure/technical technologies and product standards, and the design of standard configurations/implementation patterns for technology solutions.Who you are:
Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience of IT Infrastructure Components including cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, & Google Cloud and expertise in servers, storage systems, network, and virtualization technologies.Deep knowledge of operating systems like Linux, Windows Servers, Unix, and cloud service offerings including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) Deep knowledge in Networking with understanding of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN technologies. Deep knowledge in Databases and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and CassandraDemonstrated experience implementing best in class security practices (cybersecurity principles, risk management, compliance standards) and understanding of how to design fault-tolerant and resilient infrastructureProven ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams, with the proven ability to communicate with business acumen and work with diverse stakeholders, including those in an outsourced environmentProven ability to analyze and translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into information architecture requirementsProven ability to support development of teammates by sharing knowledge and experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, System Analysis, etc.) Typically 9-12 years of experience in IT and business/industry including design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in infrastructure, network, servers and storage, database management and operations, clustering technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies and Active Directory and protocolsExperience in working in multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
