SALARY: $160,000 – $200,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY :

We are searching for top talent to join the Commercial Insights & Category (CIC) team. Our team is at the heart of the commercial transformation strategy that drives Anheuser-Busch’s growth agenda.

As Director of Innovation Insights, you will uncover deep consumer insights to craft innovation strategy and pipeline development. Your work ensures the consumer’s voice advises every stage of innovation—from concept and brand world to liquid and packaging.

Collaborating closely with our in-house research hub and agency partners, you will craft and implement research that fuels breakthrough innovation and brand storytelling. Your ability to ask the right questions, craft learning plans, and communicate insights effectively will influence critical decisions and drive business success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Help design & implement innovation learning plans and researchInfluence decision making by using consumer knowledge to increase the impact of business strategyCollaborate effectively, garnering trust with business partners and team membersCommunicate effectively through simplicity and clarityTranslate business objectives into relevant consumer questionsCritical thinking capability that develops insights and implications including connecting findings across studiesEffective & efficient application of Insights processes, tools, and methodologiesFind opportunities for growth, including consumer demeanor & behavior changes, consumption occasion shifts, and emerging macro trends

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree required+5 years experience in consumer insights, innovation strategy, and/or category development, ideally within or adjacent to alcohol+3 years CPG client-side or +5 years CPG-client facing experience
