SALARY: $160,000-$200,000 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  

We are searching for top talent to join the Commercial Insights & Category (CIC) team. Our team is at the heart of the commercial transformation strategy that drives Anheuser-Busch’s growth agenda. The individual who will excel in this role will balance a solid foundation of brand and innovation insights expertise with the ability to build impactful strategic narratives that drive action.

As a Director of Insights, you will be responsible for identifying penetrating insights that keep consumer at the core of our brands and innovation decisions. This role engages on all aspects of insights including defining the consumer target, shaping both 3Y strategy, and 1Y Plan, as well as helping develop the plan through communication, innovation, etc.. You will work to translate business objectives to key consumer questions and problems that can be solved. Those questions will be answered through close partnership with our in-house consumer research hub as well as key agency partners.

Your ability to ask the right questions, develop learning plans, & story-tell effectively will influence critical decision making and enable you to help drive the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES :Influence decision making by using consumer knowledge to increase the impact of business strategyTranslate business objectives into relevant consumer questionsCritical thinking capability that develops insights and implicationsEffective & efficient application of Insights processes, tools, and methodologiesFind opportunities for growth, including consumer demeanor & behavior changes, consumption occasion shifts, and emerging macro trendsEffective communicator with ability of building trust and engagement and acting as a doer at all levels

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 2 years of confirmed experience in Market Research Industry (client or supplier side)Prefer consumer insights experience from a fast-paced, highly-innovative consumer business, supporting innovation, brand development and strategy

Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines and multiple projects.
