Job Summary: The Director, Interventional Services and Invasive Cardiology is responsible for annual revenue projections and operational expense management. This role will make autonomous decisions with regards to department flow and operations. This position will develop and foster relationships to support Saint Francis Health System's (SFHS) strategic growth goals and objectives.

Minimum Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or Nursing Administration.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License or certification as an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare management setting. Clinical operations experience in a procedural setting, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to stay current on national policies and trends. Excellent leadership and self-direction with keen ability to advise, coach, influence, and build relationships. Stong ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport with a diverse dynamic audience at all levels within the organization using effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to be highly organized in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workday and Hemodynamic Monitoring Platform. Ability to collaborate with outside vendors and internal customers that includes: renovation, construction, and contract planning departments. Proven ability to strategize, think operationally, organize and implement new ideas and policy development.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Directs all aspects of related HR management. Collaborates with SFHS, Cardiologists, and Administration to implement strategic goals and monitor performance. Maintains Intergrated Cardiac Electronic Media, Database Management and benchmarking trends. Ensures Joint Commission compliance and readiness as well as related regulatory bodies. Directs the management of human and material resources.

Decision Making: Independent judgment in making decisions from many diversified alternatives that are subject to general review in final stages only.

Working Relationship: Direct Supervision of others. Prepares and gives performance evaluations. Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
