Job Description

Position Summary:

In this strategic leadership role, the Director of Key Accounts will support the Enterprise Services business at designated accounts. You will be accountable for successful operational, commercial expansion, and customer experience for the assigned customers, determined to deliver on all fronts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Managed Services and Asset Management Services for assigned customer/s.Define, own, and deliver strategic roadmaps to achieve goals.Collaborate across the company to grow the program.Ensure delivery on all contractual commitments.Develop and implement strategies to improve customer happiness.

Qualifications:

Shown leadership experience in a similar executive role.Proficiency in developing long-term plans, managing operations, and understanding market dynamics.Outstanding teamwork and negotiation skills.Ability to efficiently implement standardized processes and technology.Thrives in a silo'd organization.Passionate about leading large multi focused teams.

Physical Requirements:

Willingness to travel as vital to meet with important customers and collaborators.
