The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.
As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
We are seeking a Consult Partner to join our Enterprise Transformation practice, shaping our clients’ digital transformation journeys, starting from business challenges through to envisioning and guiding the execution of the corresponding large-scale transformation of IT landscape and organization.
You work with customers, your Kyndryl peers, and business partners in an agile and collaborative fashion to ascertain and communicate the value of IT to the business, understand how to use IT to help drive business innovation, define and transform IT organizations to successfully incorporate and leverage transformation drivers such as Cloud, Agile patterns, Data and AI, Modern Operations and cross-vendor service integration and management.
Candidates are digital transformation thought leaders who can establish vision and value and communicate it to business and technical audiences and stakeholders.
As a leader, you will play a major role in shaping the organization into a successful advisory business, contributing to the strategic direction, vision, and growth of the practice, delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Profitable Growth: Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets, Ensure sustained growth and profitability, Achieve individual and team utilization targets
Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by acquiring new consulting projects with existing and new clients
Build, set-up and lead a successful team in typical Consulting pyramid structures
Lead and manage complex IT strategy and transformation projects
Utilize industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives.
Provide thought leadership and expertise in business and IT strategy & transformation, IT Operating Models, governance, optimization and change management
Collaborate with other partners and practice leaders to develop and execute the practice strategy, develop new business opportunities and deliver client success
Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants, as well as provide feedback and performance reviews

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Management and/or IT management consulting, with regional or global consulting firm (Big 5 or boutiques)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a partner or senior leadership role, with strong Consulting leadership expertise
Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
Strong proven knowledge and experience in IT strategy development, Enterprise architecture, IT business case development and shaping and leading large-scale business and technology transformation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity
Proven ability to coach and develop others
Experience with Statement of Work / Contract development, iteration, refinement, negotiation, and deal closure
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
Fluent in English and German
