Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do? **ROLE SUMMARY:** In this role, you will build and implement retail strategies to deliver our commercial priorities for our Independent Large Format Retailers & Wholesalers. You’ll be utilizing data driven insights to translate learnings into action, and influence our internal and external partners to execute with excellence. **JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:** + Indirectly manage a team of 13 Indy KAMs + Develop an independent channel commercial strategy in line with the Northeast region strategy + In conjunction with RMSI and Category management, Develop the analytical tools to be used by our Indy KAMs to sell in and influence retailers on executional metrics such as distribution, displays and space + Develop and manage annual account plans for Regional Independents + Develop sell-in brand promotions for key moments of the year + Manage and effectively utilize Sales and Marketing budgets + Prepare and present business reviews to Wholesalers & Retailers and provide suggestions for programs to amplify the business + Use category mgmt. principals to influence buying decisions + Work closely with Wholesaler Partners to develop strategic retail plans to drive incremental sales programs at Retail **JOB QUALIFICATIONS:** + BS/BA degree required, preference in business, finance, marketing or related field + Knowledge of retail initiatives + Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations. + Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred. + Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills. + Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries. + Understanding of wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement. + Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment **WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:** Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
