Job DescriptionAs a Director of applied AI/ML you will lead a machine learning team and drive innovation in our products and services tied to Visa's strategic vision. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our machine learning strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and delivering impactful solutions to complex business problems.
This role represents an exciting opportunity to make key contributions to Visa's strategic vision as the world-leading digital payments company. The successful candidate must have an proven track record in designing, developing and deploying sophisticated & impactful predictive & data-powered solutions leveraging state of the art AI/ML & GenAI technologies. Work with legal on understanding data governance. Work with technology teams on infrastructure available and influence new technology.Additional InformationThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
