Director, Marketing

We are seeking Director, Integrated Marketing to join our team in New York, NY.

 

Note: This position will be in our New York office located at the World Trade Center.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities: 

Developing and executing integrated marketing plans: Creating comprehensive marketing plans that encompass a mix of digital, traditional, and emerging marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand strategy. You will take charge of end-to-end campaign execution, managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Driving brand consistency: Serving as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all marketing efforts adhere to our brand guidelines and convey our unique value proposition. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across various touchpoints, guaranteeing a consistent and compelling brand experience for our customers. Leveraging multi-channel marketing tactics: Identifying and leveraging the most suitable marketing channels to engage our target audience effectively. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, exploring opportunities in social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, events, and more. Collaborating cross-functionally: manage channel leads, including with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and marketing analysts to bring campaigns to life. Foster a collaborative environment, leveraging the expertise of team members to deliver integrated and impactful marketing initiatives. Analyzing campaign performance: Utilizing data-driven insights to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate success, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaigns. Staying abreast of industry trends: Continuously monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and keep our marketing efforts at the forefront of the industry. Industry experience: deep understanding of financial and professional services fields. A strong mix of financial marketing and operations expertise: effectively integrate strategic marketing initiatives with our organizational goals. 

 

Essential traits: 

You have a degree in marketing, business, or a related field. You have ideally 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing with a track record of successful campaign development and execution. You possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, including digital marketing strategies and emerging trends. You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints. You are an excellent writer and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas confidently. You have an analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and campaign performance tracking. You are a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and concepts. You have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials. You are familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

The current salary range for this position is $125,000 to $250,000
