Under the umbrella of our Omni Channel Enablement Group and as a Leader in the Analytics discipline at Klick Health, you will work under the SVP and Sr. Director of Analytics and manage a portfolio of clients or brands. Success in this position requires managing projects/engagements, delivering digital and marketing analytics as well as other innovative, advanced pre/post commercial analytics solutions for our clients. This role is responsible for the application of data driven insights into the Klick strategy, activation and planning measurement process. Additionally, the role requires that you design and lead the implementation of modern measurement platforms and longer term analytics roadmaps for Klick clients. Working closely with the internal client teams and Analytics leads is vital to this role. You will function as an expert technical point of escalation, analytical problem solver and technical/analytical translator to internal account teams and clients. You will provide ongoing strategic account direction/vision for analytics technology, process and digital reporting/insights.ResponsibilitiesSet up analytics configurations for new clients through the completion of analytics audits and evaluationsEnsure the flow of data through various stages of our clients’ customer journeysCollaborate with the Marketing Strategy and Activation team to develop, execute, and analyze results for complex campaignsUtilize third-party tools including Adobe Analytics (Omniture/SiteCatalyst), Adobe Activation (Dynamic Tag Management), Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Tableau, Google Marketing Platform and Google Tag ManagerGuide the long-term vision and architecture for the data pipelines, data repositories, and data models required to provide high-scale and high-integrity solutions that meet the dynamic, complex data needs of KlickAssist in building and developing a team of talented Data Engineers, Marketing Analysts, and Data scientistsBuild relationships across Klick, working with Analytics and Data Science teams for insights and to ensure that data is accessible, readily available and usable for analysisLead a continuous learning environment with respect to utilizing the latest methodologies, technologies, and illustrative best practices to tell stories which can drive business decisionsDefine approaches and lead projects that close data gaps and identify insights, as well as manage external partnerships and negotiate contracts with syndicated & custom insights suppliersUnderstand the contracted scope of work, proactively identifying potential out-of-scope activities and bringing to the attention of the project leaderWork on business development efforts by providing ad-hoc feasibility reports, providing estimations of effort and developing methodologies that address client needsProvide selfless knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior team members. Potential for direct people management based on desire and prior experienceQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Masters / PhD preferred) in statistics, information technology or computer scienceThe candidate must have 8+ years of experience consulting clients on making strategic investment decisions to improve business resultsSenior resource must have strong functional understanding of current marketing analytics, adtech, martech and research techniques, as well as an innovative vision on how to keep pace with the ever changing marketing environmentStrong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues.Extensive experience leading and managing marketing technology projects from ideation through installationDemonstrated experience with programmatic audience buying concepts and executionApplied quantitative skills and the ability to roll up sleeves and dig into the numbers when necessaryMatrix leadership qualities will be required to lead external and internal resources into new marketing effectiveness territoriesStrong attention to detail, and ability to quality check their teams’ work to ensure that data anomalies/mistakes are caught prior to delivery of the analysis to the client teamsBe outgoing and able to integrate with a fast-paced Media Planning, Strategy, Technology and Activation teamsAbility to cultivate relationships with technology and research partnersAbility to problem solve and develop innovative approaches along with a drive to learn and master new techniques and technologiesStrong organization skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while achieving quality standards and meeting deadlines with ambiguous requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
