Job summary

DigiCert is looking for a seasoned B2B leader to drive the Marketing Operations and Digital function, which is a critical and significant driver of revenue for the business.

This role is the center of a cross-functional stakeholder group and will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing operations strategy and a digital high-ROI strategy and mentoring a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing the business with digital tactics achieving high ROI, knows all the modern demand generation techniques, including intent-driven campaigns, geotargeting, social media, ip-based campaigns and more. In addition, the candidate has experience in developing and articulating a future-state vision for excellence in marketing operations and analytics, and design a roadmap of initiatives aligned to company OKRs.

 

What you will do

Serve as global digital champion including planning, executing, and managing all paid digital marketing for DigiCert, tracking and ensuring top standard industry ROI. Foster cross-functional partnerships with sales ops and marketing leaders, driving alignment and identifying opportunities for improvement Develop and articulate a future-state vision for excellence in marketing operations and analytics, and design a roadmap of initiatives aligned to company OKRs Create team clarity and focus by prioritizing marketing initiatives and resources across diverse stakeholder needs Manage the MarTech stack, partnering with IT and technical resources to ensure a leading and financially viable technology stack Lead data and performance analytics strategy, defining strategic KPIs and overseeing data analysis and advanced dashboard creation Collaborate on the data warehouse, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing operations data needs and warehouse infrastructure

 

What you will have

20+ years experience within B2B SaaS in a dynamic and fast-paced matrix environment, within digital and marketing operations teams Visionary leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Deep understanding of SaaS sales and marketing funnels, including traditional and non-traditional demand generation structures Analytics expertise, including data mining principles, predictive analytics, and statistical techniques Change management experience, with a proven track record of innovating marketing funnels and driving change across an organization
