In addition, this individual plans, directs and oversees the geographic market expansion of our Medicare business and the researches and plans innovations to our Medicare business. Candidate Education: Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field Bachelor's degree Required or equivalent work experience 5 + Medicare related experience Candidate Experience: Required 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing new business strategies Required 3+ years of experience in working in a managed care environment + Directs the Medicare multi-year strategic planning process annually. + Develops new state and new county expansion market recommendations. + Builds strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments to implement business strategies. + Oversees the network and sales channel development of new state expansions. + Leverages our Medicare product strategy to continuously enhance our go to market strategy across, sales, marketing and markets. + Works with product development to oversee the implementation of new innovations. + Facilitates the exploration of external partnerships to enhance our Medicare strategic positioning. + Provides support for financial, sales and operation reporting and analysis. + Ability to lead change and execute on business objectives through oversight and management of key stakeholders and owners. + Performs other duties as assigned.
