All About the Role:
The Network Services Pricing Director will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the Services organization in Europe through various pricing initiatives. This includes legacy mandates, opt-out and opt-in programs led by Network Services. The role requires strategic thinking, value orientation, and the ability to manage multiple new initiatives each year while improving existing programs.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our London office (Hybrid Schedule).
Key Responsibilities:
•\tLead ideation, syndication, and go-to-market (GTM) efforts for pricing
initiatives for Services in Europe.
•\tCollaborate closely with Services regional sales, product teams, European
Mastercard leadership, and other business functions such as finance and
legal.
•\tTrack the performance of existing initiatives during delivery.
•\tContinuously support ideation to improve channel performance to better
meet internal and external customer needs and expectations.
•\tExplore opportunities for joint pricing initiatives within the new unified
Services organization.
All About You:
•\tProven experience in managing complex programs/projects.
•\tPricing experience in a multinational company is a plus.
•\tStrong background in consulting, with a focus on strategic pricing.
•\tAnalytical modelling and business case development skills.
•\tAbility to develop value narratives.
•\tStrong collaboration and communication skills.
•\tAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver successful
outcomes.
