As a member of the Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team, the Director, Operations Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) will report directly to the Vice President, Integrated Kidney Care. This leader will operate across both government and commercial IKC lanes leading functions to ensure the overarching success of IKC programs in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of the business strategy, engaging with internal and external partners, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, innovation, and execution.  This individual will organize management processes, drive business communications internally and externally, and support teammate engagement.  This teammate will partner with DaVita kidney care, nephrologists, supporting business functions and operating teams. This teammate’s success will be in creating and executing the strategy to outperform the market in IKC programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize IKC central team efforts and collaboration across lanesPrepare and participate in monthly operating reviews with senior leadershipSupport internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver key messagesHighlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutionsLead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadershipCollaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize resultsWork across operational and innovation teams to advance best in class capabilities in the marketPrior experience as Director of Strategy, General Management, Operations, or similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives or prior experience within healthcare or operations leadership.Travel required: up to 25%
